Delete Your Samurai Warlords Account

Permanently delete your Samurai Warlords account and the personal data we control.

Your Samurai Warlords username is shared across Samurai Warlords Chess and the wider Samurai Warlords platform. Deleting your account removes access to that shared account, including platform features, account-linked progress, rewards, settings, and other off-chain records associated with it.

Before you submit a deletion request

  • Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your Samurai Warlords account cannot be restored.
  • Please submit this request using the email address registered to your account.
  • For security, we will send a verification link or code to your registered email address before processing deletion.
  • We will never ask you to provide your password, wallet seed phrase, private key, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials through this form.

Active staked assets and pending blockchain transactions

You may submit an account-deletion request at any time.

However, permanent deletion cannot be finalized while your account has active staking positions or pending blockchain transactions. Before final deletion, those positions must be unstaked, withdrawn, or otherwise resolved.

This safeguard protects you from losing access to blockchain-connected assets and prevents unresolved staking positions or transactions from being left behind. If an asset is subject to a staking lock, the applicable unlock date will determine when it can be withdrawn.

What we delete

Once your account is eligible for final deletion, we will delete or de-identify the personal data and account records under our control, including your account profile, account-linked preferences, off-chain game progress, rewards records, and marketing subscriptions.

We may retain strictly limited information only where required or permitted by applicable law, or where necessary for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Blockchain records

Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, NFTs, smart-contract interactions, and other blockchain records are maintained on public blockchains and cannot be changed or deleted by Samurai Warlords. After deletion, we remove the off-chain association between these records and your Samurai Warlords account where we control that association.

Timing and confirmation

We will confirm receipt of your request by email. After we verify your identity and all active staking positions and pending blockchain transactions have been resolved, permanent deletion will be completed within 30 days.

If your account has a locked staking position, we will inform you of the required resolution step or applicable unlock date. You will receive an email confirmation once account deletion has been completed.
