Samurai Warlords – $HONOR Token Allocation Terms & Conditions

1. Legal Entity and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the $HONOR Token allocation (“allocation”) organized by Infinite Horizon protocol Inc., a company registered in Panama, operating under the brand Samurai Warlords (collectively, “the Project,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By allocating or attempting to allocate $HONOR tokens (“Tokens”), you (“you,” “your,” or “Participant”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the official allocation page, and any subsequent updates.

Participation in the allocation indicates that you fully understand and accept all legal, financial, and technological risks described herein.

2. Allocation Overview

• The allocation is conducted in sequential phases.
• Each phase offers a limited allocation of $HONOR Tokens at a predetermined price, payable in USDT or ETH.
• Each phase is subject to its own rules, cliff duration, vesting schedule, and unlock method, all of which are publicly displayed on the allocation page when that phase opens.
• Once a phase ends, its allocation is closed and cannot be reopened or retroactively altered.

3. Cliff and Linear Vesting Structure

• Each allocation phase includes a cliff period, during which allocated Tokens cannot be claimed, transferred, or unlocked.
• After the cliff, the Tokens will vest linearly according to the vesting schedule defined for that specific phase.
• Vesting and claim processes are managed exclusively through Samurai Warlords smart contracts and can be monitored in real time on-chain.
• Token holders are responsible for claiming vested tokens at their own discretion during or after the vesting period.
• Any unclaimed vested tokens remain in the contract and do not accrue interest or yield.

4. Allocation Terms

• allocations are accepted only in ETH or USDT, by whitelisted wallet addresses on the contract.
• Once allocation is sent and confirmed on the blockchain, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
• No chargebacks, reversals, or exchanges will be honored.
• Samurai Warlords shall not be responsible for transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses or using unsupported networks.

5. Acknowledgment of Risk and Non-Guarantee

By participating, you understand and agree that:

• $HONOR Tokens do not represent shares, securities, or ownership in Infinite Horizon protocol Inc. or Samurai Warlords.
• Tokens are intended solely for ecosystem utility, staking, governance, and gameplay use.
• There is no guarantee that the Tokens will hold value, be exchange-listed, or generate profits.
• The allocation does not constitute an investment opportunity or solicitation for investment.
• Participation is entirely at your own risk.

6. Eligibility

You warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where participation in token allocation participation is restricted, including (but not limited to):
  the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, China, Iran, North Korea, or any country under sanctions.
• You are not allocating on behalf of another person or entity, and all funds originate from lawful sources.

7. No Refund Policy

• All allocations are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for price fluctuations, project changes, delayed launches, or user dissatisfaction.
• By participating, you waive any right to claim a refund or compensation for any reason.

8. No Representation or Warranty

Infinite Horizon protocol Inc, and Samurai Warlords make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Future value or liquidity of $HONOR Tokens.
• Technical performance or security of the blockchain network.
• Completion or success of the Samurai Warlords project roadmap.
• Accuracy or reliability of public communications, projections, or marketing materials.
• All materials are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Infinite Horizon protocol Inc, Samurai Warlords, its founders, employees, contractors, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
• This includes (without limitation): financial losses, smart contract errors, gas fees, token loss, trading losses, or regulatory actions.
• Total cumulative liability shall never exceed the amount you paid for your Tokens, regardless of cause.
• You expressly waive any right to participate in class actions, group claims, or public legal disputes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Horizon protocol Inc., Samurai Warlords, and all related entities, officers, and representatives from and against any claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your participation in the allocation;
• Your breach of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11. Regulatory Uncertainty

• The regulatory status of cryptocurrencies and token offerings varies by jurisdiction and may change at any time.
• Samurai Warlords and Infinite Horizon protocol Inc. make no guarantee that $HONOR Tokens will be compliant with any specific jurisdiction’s laws in the future.
• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable regulations in your country.

12. Taxation

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, or levies that may apply to your allocation, holding, or transfer of Tokens.
The Project will not provide tax advice or documentation.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, artworks, code, and branding related to Samurai Warlords are the exclusive property of Infinite Horizon protocol Inc.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any materials without prior written consent.

14. Force Majeure

The Project shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
smart contract exploits, network downtime, acts of war, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.

15. Updates and Amendments

Samurai Warlords reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the wiki website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Panama, in the English language.
You irrevocably waive any right to trial by jury or participation in a class-action lawsuit.

17. Non-Reliance and Entire Agreement

You acknowledge that:

• You are not relying on any statements, promises, or representations outside of these Terms.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinite Horizon protocol Inc. with respect to the $HONOR allocation.
• Any prior communications, representations, or promotional content do not form part of this agreement.

18. Final Acknowledgment

By proceeding with the allocation, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
• You are aware that the allocation involves significant risk and no guaranteed return.
• You agree that Infinite Horizon protocol Inc., Samurai Warlords, and their affiliates are fully released from any and all liability arising from your participation.
