While you may own a digital collectible, you do not own the underlying artwork, characters, mechanics, or IP of the Samurai Warlords ecosystem.

You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use NFTs within the context of the game or designated marketplaces and ecosystem product, unless otherwise granted in writing.

We retain full ownership and control over the Samurai Warlords brand and creative materials.

11. Third-Party Services and Smart Contract Risks

We may integrate with third-party platforms, protocols, or tools. We are not responsible for:

Any vulnerabilities, hacks, or service failures on these platforms

Changes in their terms of use or operations

Their ability to display or support our NFTs or tokens

Use of smart contracts is subject to code audits and security best practices, but no guarantee of safety is provided.

12. Tax Compliance

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to the acquisition, holding, or sale of digital assets or collectibles through our platform, in your jurisdiction.

13. Intellectual Property Rights
